Hadley School Reuse

Redevelopment of the Hadley Elementary School into a Boutique Hotel

Background

The Town of Swampscott has undertaken a construction project to merge the Hadley and Stanley Elementary Schools into a new elementary school at the Stanley School property. As the Hadley School will then be turned over to the Town and no longer used as a school, the community has been engaged in planning efforts to find a new use for the building and property.
