The Property is designated as Assessor’s Map 19, Lot 87 and comprises 2.222 acres of land, more or less, which was conveyed to the Town in 1893. The Property currently is the site of a three story, 51,121 square foot, masonry building, the original section of which was constructed in 1893. Later sections were added, the last around 1940 (the “Building”). The Property was designed and occupied as a high school, then a middle school, but was deemed obsolete for educational purposes and has been vacant since 2007.
