The Massachusetts Department of Conservation & Recreation (DCR) needs your help to better understand the extent and impact of groundwater flooding in our state. As part of an ongoing effort to analyze groundwater resources and flooding issues, DCR has launched a survey for all Massachusetts residents to provide valuable insights.
