Holiday Season Preparedness and Nov 15 Public Meetings

The Town of Swampscott wishes everyone a Happy Thanksgiving as we enter into the holiday season. This is a great time to reconnect and celebrate and we hope everyone has an enjoyable time.

We want to remind everyone that this is also the time of the year when there are increases in respiratory viruses, including COVID-19. With a rise in COVID cases in our area, we want to make sure that everyone stays safe - residents, friends, family, and other community members. If you're experiencing any COVID symptoms, please be sure to get tested. If you test positive for COVID, please isolate at home and follow the state’s COVID-19 Isolation and Exposure Guidance for the General Public, which can be found here: https://www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-isolation-and-exposure-guidan....

To that end, the Select Board and Board of Health meetings this evening, Wednesday Nov 15, have been moved to virtual-only sessions. You can find access information to the meetings at https://www.swampscottma.gov/calendar.
