Mission

The Town of Swampscott Department of Facilities Management (DFM) provides effective and reliable property management of general government and school buildings.  DFM provides administrative services, operation services, housekeeping and technical support for specialized repairs, maintenance and continuous monitoring of buildings, grounds, building systems and equipment.  DFM is committed to the continuation of best practice in maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
