Please be advised that the Capital Improvement Committee will be holding a public meeting at Swampscott Town Hall, 22 Monument Avenue, Swampscott, MA in the First Floor Conference Room. The Committee will be discussing the following agenda item(s):
1. Re-organization of Committee, election of Chair and other officers
2. Approval of minutes from prior meetings
3. Status of on-going capital projects (completion of Turf Field, Rail Trail, etc.)
4. Presentation from Town Administration on FY2019-2024 Capital Planning Process
5. Establish timeline/deadlines for capital budget process for May 2018 town meeting
6. New Business/Old Business
