The Swampscott Recreation Department is taking applications for Summer Jobs which include, Park Leaders, Sailing Instructors, Lifeguards , Tennis Instructors, Recreation Center Leaders, and Track and Field Instructors. All Applicants must be 15 or older by June 1, 2013. Applications can be picked up at Town Hall, the High School Main office and on the Town Website under Recreation. Applications are due by March 30, 2013 .
The Recreation Department will also be hiring a New Sailing Director this year. The Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of a safe and successful season. Applicants should have the ability to supervise staff and students under the direction of the Recreation Director. Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience with boating safety certificate.
