The Town of Swampscott has a winter parking policy that states that all vehicles must be off the street from the hours 12am - 6am from the 30th of November through the 1st of April. If you're a resident of Swampscott and do not have adequate off street parking, you may pick up a parking waiver application at the Swampscott Police Station at 86 Burrill Street.
