Article X
GAS INSPECTION AND PERMIT
Section 1. The present Rules and Regulations of the Gas Regulatory Board of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and any amendments thereto shall be the rules and regulations under which the Gas Inspector will operate.
Section 2. All gas fitters installing gas appliances and piping in the Town of Swampscott must obtain a permit form the Gas Inspector before commencement of work, except in those instances where gas heated plumbing fixtures or appliances are installed by the same plumber who installs gas piping.
