Thank you, Town Meeting Members, for unanimously passing all four zoning articles in October to support Swampscott's application to become a designated Green Community through the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Resources (DOER) and the Green Communities Act. Our application was submitted on November 5. If we are successful in achieving this important designation, we will qualify to to receive $100k + each year to put towards energy projects in Town!
