If a resident has an animal complaint or concern they can call the Swampscott Health Department at 781-596-8864 during Town Hall hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to Noon, or the Police Department at 781-595-1111 during evening and weekend hours. The Town will notify the ACO if needed.
